Personality: Polite, Jolly, and Carefree; Tiger always has something to smile about. However, he is also very determined and will kill if he has to during the games. He is a good friend though, and will never kill someone he cares about.
History: Living in the capitol, Tiger only knows luxury. He thought he was safe from the games, but now he must go into them, scaring him to death. Tiger has a younger sister who is still too young to understand that her brother will most likely die soon. His sister, Angelica, he cares for very much and he hopes that his likely death will not scar her for life. He also has both parents with him in a very wealthy family.
