Personality: He is friendly and funny, unlike Willow, who finds him almost annoying. Kohl is good at making friends fast but is willing to get in a fight or break an alliance if he has to. He is very sad deep down though, his sister's death in a previous games scarred him and his family for life.
History: His dad is a merchant child and his mother is from the Seam. The family isn't poor or rich. Kohl's older sister died in a previous hunger games, which threw his mom into depression and his dad became extremely distant. Since then, his parents trained him for a future games out of fear that he might be reaped. He hopes to win so he can avenge his sister, but he doesn't count on it. At home, he is in love with a rich girl named Vixen Ice, but is afraid that she doesn't like him because he is poor.
